• Type the following in the text box and click OK :
• “C : Program files (x86) SteamService.exe / Restore
• After that, an empty terminal should appear. Wait until the steam is turned off and on again – your problem should be solved.

CS reinstall: Starting from scratch

If both of the above solutions don’t work, changing your settings or restarting your computer probably won’t solve your problem.
