Summer Game Fest Announces Two More Livestreams –

Summer’s digital showcases for upcoming video games continue, with two more bright dreams announced by Summer Game Fest. Developer showcases will take place on the 22nd. June 20. The month of July will take place. The games presented are organized by Dev Day and Game Awards. At these events there will be a mix of AAA and indie games. If you currently have a game in development that you would like to see previewed, you can also fill out the submission form. You can find all the details below!

Summer Game Fest, a month-long international video game festival, announced today that a new event will take place on the 22nd. June 20. The month of July will host two developer events. Developer showcase events will highlight a select group of upcoming indie and AAA video games, organized by the Day of the Devs team and Jeff Caley (The Game Awards). The 22nd. June 20th. The developer is showcasing new content for each dream at the Summer Game Fest in July, including gameplay, news and music video games. Independent game developers and publishers are an important part of our industry and of Summer Game Fest, said Geoff Keighley, curator of Summer Game Fest. I’m very excited to be working with Day of the Devs to host these demos, featuring gameplay and updates from both independent and major publishers.

Our goal at Day of the Devs has always been to highlight games developed by developers, whether it’s a game that’s already successful or something completely new and surprising that comes with the territory, said Tim Schafer, founder of Double Fine Productions and co-founder of Day of the Devs.

Every window will be packed to the rafters, from the expansive gameplay that surprised Dev Day to the special debut you’ll never see. It’s been Girls’ Day for eight years, but it was created primarily for the digital space, said Amanda White and John Gibson, co-owners of iam8bit and co-founders of Girls’ Day.

The first group of confirmed participating developers and publishers for the showcases includes : Akupara Games, Annapurna Interactive, The Behemoth, Finji, Kowloon Nights, Longhand Electric, MWM Interactive, Panic, Sabotage Studio, Skybound Games, Team17, Thatgamecompany, Tribute Games and ustwo games. Other publishers, developers and games have yet to be announced. The Device Day team is also accepting submissions from independent developers for inclusion in the showcase.
